Refund Items

Exchange Items

All items cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost. To start a return, you can contact us at admin@maisonakur.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
